All complaints will be investigated promptly, and appropriate actions will be taken. Employees who express complaints will be protected against retaliation, all complaints are treated confidentially.
Best Provision Co., Inc. encourages a suggestion box for all employees to submit any suggestions, comments, and complaints anonymously. The employee suggestions will be reviewed at least once monthly by the Safety Committee Team.
